Victor Cecil Branson sworn, as:- I am Government Analyst.

On 23rd June I received by messenger from Dr. Valentine a

sealed bottle of urine. It was the only bottle of urine I

received that day. I was asked if alcohol was present and if

so what percentage, and I examined it and discovered that

alcohol was present. The amount was 110 milligrams per hundred

cubic centimetres.

X X. Mr. Lim. I received the bottle at 9.48 a.m. I tested the

urine in the usual way. I can express no opinion as to whe ther

I should have found more alcohol had I examined the urine

directly after it having been passed. I started the test at

10 or 11 a.m. and carried on until about 5 p.m.
